Delivered in partnership with Dixons Broadgreen Academy, we offer a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts for 16-18 year olds with routes into acting, dance or musical theatre. Full time study Monday to Friday up to 32 hours practical training per week.
We offer up to 32 hours per week of practical training and academic study – the course includes industry preparation, audition technique and performance and casting opportunities. Places will be offered to those we think have the potential of progressing on to Higher Education, further vocational training or work within the industry. Entry requirements for this course are 5 passes at GCSE including English and Maths. The course is fully funded for students aged 16 to 19 with no previous level 3 qualification.

HIGHER NATIONALS

We are delighted to offer a progression route into higher education for our students with our:

BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Performing Arts (Dance)

BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance)
These courses are for students aged 18+ who have already attained a Level 3 Qualification. Delivered in partnership with the City of Liverpool College. Full time study Monday to Friday with a minimum of 32 hours practical training per week.
The course is heavily practical across a range of dance styles and focuses on industry preparation, audition technique, performance and casting opportunities. Places will be offered to those with the potential of progressing on to the next levels of training or work within the industry. Student finance available for applicants who are eligible.
Entry onto this programme is subject to audition and interview.

This intensive training programme in dance, acting and musical theatre is for those who may already have a BTEC, Foundation Certificate or other level 3/4 qualifications but feel they need additional practical training in order to progress. This is a full time course which consists of 30 hours per week purely of practical training. The course is independently funded and costs £8,500 per year with reductions and scholarships available to those who can evidence the need for financial support.
